Insurance Coverage
Insurance coverage is different and varies with each company and policy.
We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield & Presbyterian Insurances.
Patients are responsible for any yearly deductibles, co-insurance, per-visit co-pay and/or amounts not covered by their insurance plan. Payment of such amounts will be collected at the time when services are rendered.
Please speak to us if you have a financial hardship and cannot afford care, we will work with you.
We will submit all charges to your insurance company following the time the charges are incurred as a free service to all of our patients.
Don’t Have Insurance, Your Plan Doesn’t Cover Naprapathy, Manual Therapies or Acupuncture, or You Can’t Afford Care?
We offer a great “out of network” plan and packages for anyone seeking our services who is NOT covered by insurance. Please call our office for current rates. We also have “IN HOUSE STRESS RELIEF DAYS” where we offer free treatments first come first serve to individuals who cannot afford care. Please email admin@solwellness.clinic to inquire about dates.
Do I Need a Doctor’s Referral?
Most ASO group plans cover naprapathy, manual therapy, or acupuncture without a referral. These group ASO plans include State of NM plans, Los Alamos Lab (LANL) plans, Santa Fe County plans, NM Public Schools plans, and City of Santa Fe plans.
If you have any questions concerning your insurance give us a call we will help you navigate it.
Personal Injury/Motor Vehicle Accidents

We only work with Motor Vehicle Accident clients who have an attorney to navigate the process and ensure payment of medical claims.
All patients that have been involved in a motor vehicle accident causing personal injury will be asked to fill out the necessary documents regarding their injury. Patients are responsible for providing the necessary insurance information that pertains to the injury (insurance company name, address, adjuster’s name, telephone number, and claim number, police reports, a letter of protection, etc). Our office will verify through the insurance carrier if the claim has been reported.
Workers’ Compensation
All patients that have been involved in a work-related injury will be asked to fill out the necessary documents regarding their injury. They will also need to have a referral and the visits will need to be approved by their adjuster before they are seen in our office for care. Patients are responsible for providing the necessary insurance information that pertains to the injury (insurance company name, address, adjuster’s name, telephone number, and claim number). Our office will bill the insurance company directly for all services rendered. We will also verify through the employer if the injury was reported to the manager and/or supervisor as well as the workers’ compensation insurance carrier.
