Dr. Nicole Barnard, DOM
Dr. Nicole Barnard has been in private practice since 2008. She uses acupuncture, herbs, and Chinese nutritional advice to treat pain, neuropathy, allergies, digestive issues, the immune system, sleep, and women’s health.
She graduated from the University of North Carolina in 1993 with a B.A. in Spanish and Linguistics. From there went on to Speech Pathology school at California State Hayward.
Her degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), is from The Colorado School of TCM. This is a four-year program focusing on herbal formulas, acupuncture, and modern medicine understanding. It trains students in using acupuncture as anesthesia in hospitals.
She has served as an acupuncture advisor to the Georgia Medical Board, and through her fertility specialty, Collaborated with IVF clinics.
